Best gaming monitor for competitive FPS games?

im honestly so sick of ghosting and stuttering in valorant right now, my old 60hz panel is literally holding me back so bad and I cant take it anymore lol. trying to upgrade ASAP before the new act drops next week.

heres what I need:

240hz or higher (need that butter smooth motion)

1080p is fine since fps is king for me

under 350 bucks if possible

ips panel preferred cuz colors on my current one look washed out

im in the US. what are you guys actually using thats worth the money right now...
