Best budget gaming monitor for competitive FPS games?

Need a monitor for Valorant and Apex ASAP because my old 60hz one is literally killing me in ranked. My budget is tight, like 250 bucks max, and I only have space for a 24 inch screen on my desk. Ive been looking at the AOC 24G2SP and the ViewSonic XG2431 but honestly im so lost with all the panel types and response time claims. My logic was the ViewSonic has better motion blur reduction but the AOC is cheaper so I could save for a new mouse. Is the extra cash for the XG2431 worth it or am I just overthinking the specs? Really need to decide by Friday...

I have been using it for a while now and honestly, it works perfectly fine for competitive shooters without breaking the bank. You really dont need to drop 250 bucks to get a massive upgrade over that 60hz panel. Regarding those two, I think the motion blur tech on the ViewSonic is legit if you care about those super clear frames while flicking, but honestly, you might not even notice the difference if you havent used high-end displays before.
