honestly santas bag is probably your best bet if youre looking for something that wont glitch with a ton of entries. i use it for my big family and the budget tracking is pretty straightforward. you just set a total limit and then assign specific amounts to each kid. it keeps track of what youve spent vs what you have left which is a lifesaver. giftplanner is decent too but the interface feels a bit cluttered compared to santas bag. both have a passcode lock which works fine for privacy. ngl though keeping track of what people actually want is the hard part. i usually use Share Product Wishlist to get my siblings to just tell me what the kids need so i dont waste money on junk. anyway for just the list and budget stuff santas bag is more reliable in my experience and handles those long lists way better...
