Ugh, I am seriously losing my mind over here. Every year my mom tells me to just send out a list of what the kids want, but I always end up with a dozen emails back and forth, people buying the same stuff twice, or just pure confusion. Its for my three nieces and two nephews who live across the country in Ohio, so shipping is a nightmare if we get duplicates. Honestly, sorry if this is a super dumb question but how do normal people even do this? Do you just use a spreadsheet or is there some app that doesnt cost a fortune? I have zero budget for paid services because after buying the presents I am basically broke by mid-December. I tried just typing it out in a message last time and it was a total disaster because my uncle bought the exact same Lego set I already grabbed. Is there a simple way to link things so people can cross them off without me having to manually update everything every five minutes? Im honestly so stressed about this already and the holidays are still months away...
