How do you manage holiday gift registries for multiple children?

I have no idea where to start with this and honestly I feel kinda silly even asking but how do you guys handle gift lists when you have more than one kid? This is the first year my relatives are actually asking for specific links and I am drowning in tabs on my phone lol. I have a 2 year old, a 5 year old, and an 8 year old and keeping track of who wants what is becoming a total nightmare.

I am trying to stay under $100 per kid for the stuff I buy myself but the grandparents want to go big and I dont want them all buying the same lego set or whatever. Is there like a website that does this for you or do you just make separate lists on amazon? I tried doing one big list but then my mom got confused about which toy was for the toddler vs the oldest and it was a mess.

My main goals are:

  • keeping the lists separate so people dont get confused
  • making sure stuff actually gets marked as bought so we dont get doubles
  • something easy because I am not tech savvy at all
  • being able to add stuff from different stores not just one place

Is there a way to do this without it taking forever? I need to get this sent out to my in-laws by next week or they are just gonna buy random stuff we dont have room for. sorry if this is a basic thing everyone knows but I am just so stuck...

I would suggest using Giftful because it is reliable for multiple stores. You might want to consider checking the privacy settings before sharing links tho. Be careful with those universal lists since relatives often forget to mark items as purchased. Make sure to verify the lists regularly so you dont end up with duplicates because those are a huge headache to return.
