Ive been running a 3090 for a couple years but my current panel is struggling with ghosting and its driving me nuts. Im in the UK and need something reliable for 4K gaming since I have about 900 quid to burn before next month. What are you guys actually using for high refresh rates?

Saw this earlier but finally getting to it. Totally agree about ditching those old panels, ghosting is honestly the worst. If you want a killer upgrade for that 3090, check these out:
- Alienware AW3225QF 32-inch 4K 240Hz QD-OLED
- Incredible motion clarity, tho it might push your budget slightly.
- ASUS ROG Swift PG32UCDM 32-inch 4K 240Hz OLED
- Best color accuracy ive seen. Save up a bit extra if you have to, the jump is worth it.

Honestly, if you have 900 quid to spend and ghosting is your main gripe, you gotta look at OLEDs or really fast IPS panels. My 3090 setup felt totally different once I stopped using standard panels. Just be careful with burn-in if you leave desktop icons up all day.
- LG 27GR95QE-B 27-inch OLED 240Hz is insane for motion clarity. No ghosting at all, but the brightness isnt as high as some others.
- Gigabyte M32U 32-inch 4K 144Hz is a solid IPS choice. It is much cheaper so you might save some cash, but check the backlight bleed before keeping it. I would suggest grabbing the LG if you want pure speed. Just make sure to update the firmware immediately when you get it, it helps with stability quite a bit.

Building on the earlier suggestion, are you sitting pretty close to the screen? I love my Gigabyte M32U 32-inch 144Hz 4K IPS, but be careful with desk depth before you buy.
