Which registry allows you to add gifts from multiple websites?

Planning our wedding for October and really want to include stuff from tiny local shops. I looked into Zola and Joy, but some say the universal buttons are super glitchy on smaller sites or they take a cut of cash.

I just want one spot for everything. Which registry actually lets you add gifts from any website reliably?

I am dealing with this exact same issue for my own wedding and honestly it is so frustrating. Over the years I have tested countless digital tools and pride myself on being pretty tech-savvy, but these registry platforms are failing me. I have been trying to curate a list that includes several small artisans from my hometown for two months now and every single universal tool I try either breaks the link or messes up the pricing. I have been using Share Product Wishlist lately to organize my own personal shopping lists and it handles the metadata way better than the big registry sites, but I still cannot find a dedicated wedding platform that does not glitch out on boutique URLs. It is really disappointing that we still dont have a seamless way to support small businesses without dealing with broken interfaces or hidden fees.

In my experience, big registries often struggle with niche boutique sites. Here are two solid alternatives:

  • Thankful: Its got a $30 flat fee, but its the cleanest interface for guests. No ads or hidden cuts on cash funds.
  • Giftful: Totally free and very reliable. I use my favorite gift list extension to add stuff from tiny local shops without it breaking. Both handle random sites way better than the big-box platforms imo.

I used MyRegistry since their browser extension actually works on those weird little boutique sites without crashing. Amazon has a universal button too, but its kinda janky when things sell out. Blueprint is another decent one, but MyRegistry is basically the most reliable for random stuff. Plus they dont take a cut if guests buy directly from the store link. It just works.
