Best AI tools for automating data analysis tasks?

Im drowning in spreadsheet data for my masters thesis and need something to speed up the analysis. I saw people recommending Julius and Akkio online, but those look like they cater more to marketing teams than academic research? My budget is basically zero and I need to finish this by next month. Has anyone found something better for heavy stats?
