Which stylus is actually the best pick for an iPad right now because honestly the options are getting pretty confusing? I have a base 10th gen model but im probably gonna get a Pro or Air later this year for my sister so i want something that isnt gonna be obsolete if i swap tablets.
Right now im torn between three options:
Im leaning towards the Apple one just for the peace of mind but $79 feels steep for something that doesnt even have pressure sensitivity? Like what am I even paying for then. The Logitech one looks like a literal carpenter pencil which is kind of a vibe but it seems bulky to carry in my backpack. My budget is strictly under $80 because i just dropped a fortune on tuition and i need this delivered before my first lab on Tuesday.
I mostly just do heavy note taking in Goodnotes and maybe some mind mapping for my bio class. Is the official Apple tech actually better for palm rejection or is that just marketing fluff at this point? I really dont want to deal with lagging when i am trying to keep up with a fast professor...
Honestly for heavy note taking you should stick with the Apple Pencil USB-C with Tilt Sensitivity or the Logitech Crayon USB-C Stylus. The palm rejection isnt marketing fluff, its hardware tech those two share. Tbh you wont deal with lag like you might on cheap clones. Since youre swapping tablets later, the Apple one is just more reliable for compatibility... and it fits way better in cases than the bulky Crayon tho.
Just saw this! Honestly you can find amazing tech for way less than 80 bucks if you know what specs to look for! Before I give you my full list, do you actually care about magnetic charging or is a cable fine? If its just notes, I love the Zagg Pro Stylus with Dual Tip and Tilt because the nib response is fantastic and the palm rejection tech is flawless! Plus it saves you that tuition money!
