Ive used Otterbox for years but the new folio design for my iPad Pro is honestly driving me nuts, it keeps slipping whenever I try to draw. Im heading to a job site in Seattle next week and need something rugged that actually holds a pencil steady. Should I try UAG or just stick to a cheaper knockoff?

Honestly, skip the expensive folio stuff if you're hitting job sites. I've been using UAG Metropolis Series Rugged Case for my iPad Pro and it works well for the field. It feels like a tank but doesnt cost a fortune if you catch a sale on Amazon.

  • The grip is solid so it wont slip when youre sketching on site
  • The Apple Pencil holder is actually secure, unlike those flimsy magnets
  • Its way cheaper than replacing a screen, trust me If youre trying to save some cash, dont bother with those cheap knockoffs from sketchy sites. Theyll just break in a month and you'll end up buying twice. This UAG one has survived plenty of drops for me, super satisfied with how it handles the abuse tbh.
