I'm in the market for a new gaming laptop and my budget is around $1500. What are some of the best options out there with good performance for the price? I mostly play AAA titles and some competitive FPS games. Let me know your recommendations!
Get the ASUS ROG Strix G16 (2024)

> What are some of the best options out there with good performance for the price? Building on the earlier suggestion, those are decent picks but i honestly think you might regret the Victus long term if you travel with it much. I had one a while back and the screen wobble drove me nuts... eventually the hinge just felt loose after a year. Switched over to a Legion and the build quality is on another level for reliability. If you can find it on sale, the Lenovo Legion Pro 5i Gen 9 16 inch RTX 4070 Intel i7-14700HX 16GB RAM 1TB SSD usually dips right under that $1500 mark. Its got a much sturdier chassis than the Victus or the Dell G series tbh. The cooling system actually keeps the deck cool during long sessions of Warzone or whatever. It is a bit heavier tho, so keep that in mind if you need to carry it around all day. Just my experience after dealing with flimsy hinges in the past.
DELL G16 gaming laptop is another great choice for price under $1500.
