Anyone spotted good deals on Acer gaming laptops? Specifically eyeing the Predator or Nitro series. My budget is around $1000-2000, hoping to snag something with at least an RTX 4060. Been tracking prices on Amazon and Best Buy but wondering if there are better deals elsewhere. Any recommendations from recent purchases? Thanks!

honestly im kinda wary of some of the cheaper deals you see popping up lately. not 100% sure but i think i remember reading that some of the budget builds had hinge issues or weird cooling problems after a year or so, so you might want to consider checking the build quality really carefully before you buy anything. iirc the more expensive lines are usually way more reliable but you still gotta watch the thermals... someone told me the factory thermal paste can be a bit of a gamble. just be careful with those huge discounts on older stock because they might just be clearing out units with known quirks. if you find something you like tho, definitely go for it! hit me up if you need a second pair of eyes on any specs you find...
