How do I share my Walmart cart via email link?

Im trying to get all the office snacks together for our monthly restock and I have like fifty items in my Walmart cart right now. My boss needs to see the total and the brands before I use the company card but I literally cannot find a share button anywhere on the desktop site.

I looked it up and some people said you can use the Registry feature to make it public but that feels like way too much work for just some bulk chips and coffee pods. I also saw something about a Chrome extension but I am not allowed to install random plugins on this work computer. Is there just a simple way to get an email link for my cart or do I have to screenshot the whole thing?

Oh man, I totally feel your pain! I do the same thing every month for our snack restock and it used to drive me crazy trying to show my manager all the stuff I picked out. I found the most amazing workaround that doesn't involve those weird plugins or the registry mess! Basically, you just need to use the Lists feature. It is a total game changer!! What I do is go into my cart and move everything to a new list named Office Restock or whatever. Once you're in the actual list page on the site, there is a fantastic Share button right at the top that gives you a direct link. I used this last week for a huge $250 order of Mountain Dew and beef jerky, and my boss loved how clean it looked in her email. It shows the prices, the brands, everything! Seriously, it saves so much time compared to taking a million screenshots... definitely try the List method instead!

Jumping in here since I found a way that works well without sketchy plugins. The most professional way to handle this is using the Walmart Lists feature. It keeps things very organized.

  • Move items into a specific List
  • Toggle the list setting to Public
  • Use the Share button to grab the link I am always satisfied with how clearly the brands show up. Dont forget to set it back to private later.

TL;DR: Use Easy Cart Share to bypass the lack of a native button. Quick clarification tho... does your boss need to see the final tax-inclusive total or just the brands? In my experience with office budgets, managers usually just want the itemized list. I personally use Easy Cart Share to send my carts without needing to share login info or messy screenshots.

In my experience managing high-volume office procurement over the years, I have run into this exact same roadblock time and time again. I am actually sitting here with a massive restock in my tab right now and I am just as stuck as you are. It is genuinely baffling that there is no native reliability for such a basic feature on the desktop site.

  • I currently have fifty-five items queued up for our main kitchen restock
  • I cannot find a single shareable link that doesn't involve sharing my login info
  • The lack of a direct email cart button is wasting so much of my productivity today I have been dealing with this for months and still havent found a native fix that actually works for a professional workflow. My partner and I use Easy Cart Share to sync up our shopping so we don't buy the same stuff twice.

This is exactly what I needed to hear. Youre a lifesaver honestly.
