What are you guys using to actually catch Walmart price drops now? I have been using Keepa for years on Amazon and it works perfectly, but the Walmart backend seems to be blocking my usual scripts and I keep missing out on these flash deals for a new OLED monitor I am tracking for my home office setup. I need something that can handle dynamic pricing because my budget is strictly under 800 bucks and I am trying to pull the trigger before the end of the month. CamelCamelCamel doesnt even do Walmart properly anymore. Is there a reliable extension that doesnt just break every time their site updates? Im getting pretty desperate here...

Honestly, tracking Walmart is such a headache compared to Amazon. Their backend dynamic pricing logic is super aggressive with blocking bot calls, so those legacy extensions just cant keep up. Unfortunately, I had issues with almost everything I tried until I switched my workflow. Here is what is actually working for me right now:

  • Visualping: You can set it to specific elements on the page so it alerts you only when the price changes rather than the whole layout.
  • Distill Web Monitor: This one is better for custom CSS selectors if you know how to inspect the element, which is the only way to avoid those annoying site updates. It is definitely not as good as Keepa, but it beats missing that OLED monitor deal. Just keep your selectors specific and you should be fine until the end of the month.
