Hey everyone! Anyone else already hyped for Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2025, especially for Sony TVs? My old trusty (but definitely outdated) Sony Bravia finally kicked the bucket last month, and I've been holding off buying a new one specifically hoping for some sweet deals next year.

I'm really leaning towards another Sony – the picture quality always impressed me. I'm thinking something in the 55-65 inch range, ideally an OLED or at least a really solid LED with good HDR. My budget is around $1200, but I'd be willing to stretch it a little if the perfect TV comes along.

Anyone have any insider tips on when Sony usually announces their Black Friday deals? Or which retailers are known to have the best discounts on Sony TVs? I'm mostly looking at Best Buy, Amazon, and maybe Costco. I'm located in the Midwest, so regional deals would be awesome to know about too! I just want to be prepared and pounce on the best deal possible next year. Any advice or predictions based on past years would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Check Amazon and B&H Photo Video, they usually have a lot of good deals available online.

Just saw this and I definitely agree about getting those price alerts ready early like someone else said. I'm still basically a beginner with all this tech stuff, but I've had my current Sony for a long time and honestly, the long-term experience is what really matters. If you're looking at spending $1200 or more, you really want it to last. Since your in the Midwest, I'd really suggest looking at Costco specifically. I know you mentioned it, but the reason I like them is because of the extra warranty they usually include for free. It makes me feel a lot more safe, especially if you decide to go with something like the Sony BRAVIA 7 Mini LED which is a really solid choice for HDR. A few things I've noticed after owning mine for years:

  • The Google TV interface stays pretty fast even after a few years of updates
  • Sony is really good about supporting older models with software fixes
  • If you get an OLED, just be careful with static images to avoid burn-in tho It might be worth stretching your budget a TINY bit if it means getting that extended protection plan. It just gives you peace of mind when your making such a big purchase for the next 5-10 years. Hope that helps a bit!

Hey everyone! Been tracking Sony TV deals for years now, and Black Friday TV deals will this year fall on November 28. From what I've seen, Sony Bravia K-75XR70 75-inch was down to its lowest price at $1,798 (save $400) during last year's event.

The key is to start watching prices early - you can pick up a great deal from basically October onwards. I'd recommend setting up price alerts now for the models you're interested in. The Bravia series always gets solid discounts, especially the 7 series if you're looking for premium features with PS5 compatibility.

Hey! Black Friday TV hunting, that's the spirit! While Sony's great, don't sleep on Samsung, especially their QLEDs. I know it's a car forum, but tech's tech, right? Think of it like choosing between a BMW and an Audi! Last year, I snagged a 65" Samsung Q80A for around $900 during the pre-Black Friday sales – amazing picture! Keep an eye on early November deals; sometimes they're even better than the actual Black Friday chaos. Amazon and Best Buy both had killer Samsung deals then. Good luck finding your perfect screen!
