I'm planning to build a high-performance PC with an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D and an RTX 5080. What is the best PSU wattage and brand to ensure stability and efficiency? I've seen recommendations for 850W, but I'm unsure if I should go higher for future-proofing. Any advice on specific models or features to look for would be greatly appreciated!

A 1000W PSU is recommended. For the future proof.

I have NZXT C850 Gold ATX 3.1 for the same CPU & GPU build, works well, no problems.

Honestly, building it yourself is the best way to go for stuff like this instead of taking it to a shop. I'm still kinda new to this whole PC thing, but I've been reading a lot about how important the PSU is for those high-end parts. If your doing the build yourself, basically just look for anything from Seasonic or maybe EVGA. People say there really reliable and the cables are usually easy to handle for a first-timer. Tbh, does it really matter if the cables are modular for cable management? I've heard thats a big deal for air flow and keeping things tidy. I'd just stick with a big name brand so you don't fry your expensive chips. Good luck with the build, it sounds like its gonna be a total beast!
