Honestly im just so done with my current rig, the board keeps crashing randomly when I try to run anything intensive and im ready to just toss it out the window. Im trying to upgrade to a Ryzen 7600x and need a solid B650 board that wont give me a headache. My budget is around 200 bucks and I really need it to be stable for gaming and some light video editing.

  • needs decent vrm cooling
  • wifi is a must
  • ideally under 220 dollars
  • atx form factor

Is there anything actually reliable out there or is everything just a gamble these days? Im in the UK and need to order this by Friday if possible...

Honestly, I felt the exact same way before I upgraded. It is super frustrating when your pc acts up, but the B650 market has some really solid boards that dont cost a fortune. I have been using the MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi ATX Motherboard for a few months now and honestly have zero complaints. It has been rock solid for gaming and my basic premiere pro edits.

  • The VRM cooling is beefy enough for anything you throw at the 7600x.
  • It comes with built in wifi which is super handy.
  • Price usually sits right around that 200 mark if you catch a deal. It is definitely a reliable piece of kit and i'm really happy with how it performs. Just check the usual sites for stock before Friday and you should be good to go.
