What are the best apps for sharing kids' gift lists?

Ugh I am so lost right now. My kids birthdays are coming up in like a month and the grandparents keep bugging me for gift ideas but I have no idea how to organize it all without it being a huge mess. I was thinking of just using a note on my phone but that seems kinda messy to share with family in another state, right? I want something super simple because im not really tech savvy and I dont have a budget for anything fancy. Is there just like a basic app where I can list stuff out so people dont buy the same thing twice? Maybe one that lets them check stuff off? Any ideas?
