Is there a tool to sync Amazon and Target wishlists?

Ive been using browser extensions to manage my gift lists for years but now that my wedding is coming up in three months, I really need a way to merge my Target and Amazon registries. My logic was that a simple API bridge might exist, but I cant seem to find anything that actually works. Does anyone know of a tool that can sync these?

Honestly, you're gonna have a hard time finding a true "sync" tool that works perfectly between those two because Amazon and Target keep their systems pretty locked down. They really dont like playing nice with each other. Most of those API bridges just break after a few weeks. What I ended up doing for my own wedding was just picking a universal registry site. It makes life so much easier for your guests too.
