Is it just me or is Walmart completely impossible to use if you want to split a grocery order with a roommate? I am so frustrated right now. My roommate and I are trying to coordinate our weekly haul, we have a strict 150 dollar budget and we are trying to get it all done by tomorrow morning since she is leaving town. We are torn between just using Instacart or trying to force Walmart to work but we cant figure out how to add items to the same cart. Is there any actual way to cart share on the app or am I just wasting my time looking?

^ This. Also, honestly, Walmart is just really behind on the social features. In my experience, trying to juggle a shared login just ends in account lockouts, which is a nightmare. If you want to keep costs down, just get any decent list-sharing app from the app store and have one person handle the final checkout. Saves so much stress, trust me. Definitely stop wasting time trying to find that feature.

It is super frustrating, but nope, Walmart doesnt have a built-in cart sharing feature at all. I tried doing this with my sister last month and we were totally stuck. What I ended up doing was just logging into the same account on both of our phones! It was actually amazing once we figured it out. Just be careful though, I only trust doing that with people I know super well for safety reasons. It worked perfectly for our budget! Just make sure one person hits the checkout button so you dont get confused. Good luck with the haul, hope you get everything sorted before she leaves!
