Ugh I feel so silly asking this but I am honestly struggling with the Walmart app and I feel like an idiot. My mom asked me to do the grocery shopping for her birthday party this Saturday since shes recovering from surgery and I have a strict 200 dollar budget to keep to. I spent like three hours picking out all the snacks and drinks and paper plates and now she wants to double check everything before I hit pay. I dont want to buy the wrong stuff because money is tight and I definitely dont have time to start over from scratch if she hates my choices. Is there any way for me to just send her a link to my cart so she can see exactly what I have in there? I looked everywhere in the app and I cant find a share button anywhere. Its driving me crazy because I just want to get this order placed today so it arrives on time. Am I just blind or is this not a thing? Does anyone know how to do this or am I gonna have to take a million screenshots and text them to her one by one...

Regarding what #1 said about not being able to share the cart, they are right about the app, but honestly, there is a total workaround that saves me so much stress. I used to be the screenshot queen too, sending like twenty images to my husband every week, but that is just way too much work. I started using Easy Cart Share and it is a total game changer for managing those birthday party budgets. It just makes the whole process so much faster:

  • You basically just paste your cart link into the tool
  • It generates a clean list she can actually read
  • She can check it off without you having to re-add everything Its super handy when you have a strict limit to stick to! Seriously, give it a shot instead of manual screenshots, you will thank me later!

Oh man, dont feel silly at all! I have been there so many times and it is super frustrating. Honestly, the Walmart app just doesnt have a share button for the cart itself, which is such a bummer. I have looked for it a dozen times, but it is just not a feature they support right now. Since you are on a tight budget, I would suggest doing this to save your sanity:

  • Just take a few quick screen recordings scrolling through the list instead of individual screenshots.
  • Make sure to check the total price at the top so she sees the budget match.
  • Double check for any substitutions before you click checkout. Just be careful with those auto-substitutions if she is picky about the snacks! I usually toggle that off so I dont get random replacements that mess up the total.
