Ive been using the Walmart app for years to manage our weekly grocery list and usually, I just hit the reorder button or add stuff manually. My brother lives across the state and I wanted to help him stock up his pantry since he just moved, so I spent like an hour carefully picking out items within my 200 dollar budget. I went to look for a share link or a way to export the cart to his account but I cant find anything besides a save for later feature. Is there actually a way to email this whole cart to him or am I stuck taking screenshots and texting them over?

TL;DR: Unfortunately, no, there is no direct way to email or share a live shopping cart on Walmart. It is honestly pretty annoying since most other retailers have a share button by now. I have run into this exact same issue before. You are basically stuck with screenshots if you want him to see exactly what you picked out. It is a total pain when you have spent all that time curating items. Are you trying to send the items so he can buy them himself, or were you hoping to pay for the order directly from your app? Knowing that might help figure out if there is a workaround, like just using a gift card or setting up a secondary account.
