im finally getting my own place in austin next month and im super hyped to deck it out with a new air fryer and some patio furniture! walmarts prices are driving me crazy though because they change every single day and i really want to stay under my $400 budget for the kitchen stuff. i did some digging and saw people talking about camelcamelcamel but i think thats just for amazon? i also saw something called brickseek mentioned on a random reddit thread but people were saying its mostly for in-store inventory and might not be accurate for the online price drops. i just need a solid graph or something... what is the best tool for tracking walmart price history?

Honestly tracking Walmart prices has been a huge letdown lately. Camelcamelcamel is strictly Amazon so dont even bother with that one for your kitchen gear. I used to rely on BrickSeek but their online data has become pretty unreliable and mostly focuses on local inventory which isnt what you need. Unfortunately most tools just arent as good as they used to be for price history graphs outside of the Amazon ecosystem.

  • Stick to Keepa if you ever shop Amazon but it wont help here.
  • Capital One Shopping extension has a tracker but its hit or miss on historical data. Walmart is notorious for changing their site code which breaks most third-party trackers. Its honestly frustrating when youre trying to stick to a budget for your new place. Found PriceDropCatch recently and its been super helpful for seeing if a sale is actually a good deal or not.
