ngl the stock strap is pretty terrible for long sessions because of the front-heaviness. Ive been using the BoboVR S3 Pro Super Strap for a while and it completely changes the weight distribution. It has a built-in fan which actually helps with lens fogging, plus the 10,000mAh battery pack is hot-swappable, so runtime isnt an issue anymore. Im really satisfied with how it balances the weight on the forehead instead of just crushing your face... If you want something lower profile, the Kiwi Design Comfort Head Strap for Quest 3 works well too. It uses a high-quality polymer that doesnt snap easily like the official elite straps sometimes do. The memory foam padding is way better than the basic fabric. Both are huge upgrades tbh.
