I am literally panicking because I leave for my business trip to Seattle in exactly three days and my old iPad case/keyboard combo just snapped at the hinge. I need a replacement like yesterday. I use an iPad Pro 11 inch right now but I swap between that and my mini for reading sometimes so I really need a standalone Bluetooth one that isnt tied to a specific case model.
Im torn between the Logitech Keys-to-Go and the K380. The Keys-to-Go seems perfect because its so thin and waterproof which is great since Im clumsy with coffee but I read that the keys feel like typing on a dead fish or something lol. Then there is the K380 which is way cheaper and everyone says it feels better to type on but its kinda heavy and bulky for my small North Face sling bag. I also looked at those folding keyboards from iClever but they look like they might break if I just look at them wrong.
My budget is about 60 bucks max and I need to be able to get it on Prime shipping or at a Best Buy near me today. Which one should I go with if I need to do a lot of heavy typing at the airport? Is the thinness of the Keys-to-Go worth the bad tactile feel or should I just cram the K380 in my bag and call it a day?

Honestly, i had a really bad time with the Logitech Keys-to-Go Ultra-portable Bluetooth Keyboard. I wanted to love it for the weight, but typing on it for more than five minutes is unfortunately a nightmare. Its just not as good as expected and feels kinda like tapping on damp cardboard. I also had issues with those cheap folding ones... they just feel like they are gonna snap in half on a bumpy flight. Total letdown. If you have to do actual work at the airport, you are way better off just cramming the Logitech K380 Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard in your sling. Its a bit chunkier, but its the only one under 60 bucks that is truly reliable and wont fail you mid-trip. I know the weight is annoying, but the keys actually move properly. Just wrap it in a t-shirt so it doesnt get scratched up in your North Face bag.
