To add to the point above, I'm gonna have to disagree on chasing the newest flashy models. Unfortunately, I had some major reliability issues with the one I got for my own rig last year. It was not as good as expected... actually it was a total headache. Constant firmware updates just to keep it from bricking itself. My current setup uses a much older, slower drive now because I just can't trust the new stuff yet. I learned the hard way that raw speed numbers dont mean anything if the drive fails after three months. Its just disappointing how quality control has slipped lately across the board. Id rather have something that works every single time than the fastest benchmark scores.
