You can search on Amazon to find some best selling ROG Ally X docking stations. There are plenty of good ones.

Scythe Fuma 3 CPU Air Cooler is a good choice for 9600X.
ROG Crosshair X670E Hero is a good motherboard, only it is a bit expensive.
I guess we will not see 9950X3D until late 2024 to early 2025.

The RTX 4070 Ti SUPER is a good choice.
I'd recommend aiming for a 1000W PSU at minimum, but preferably 1200W for better headroom and future-proofing.
