I use the iVANKY FusionDock 1 MacBook Pro Docking Station with 150W Power Adapter. It compatible with M3 MacBook Pro.

Here some recommendations:

  2. Belkin Connect Pro Thunderbolt 4 Dock - 12 ports including Thunderbolt 4, USB-A, USB-C, HDMI, SD card reader, Ethernet and audio. Supports dual displays up to 4K 60Hz.

  3. Kensington SD5700T Thunderbolt 4 Docking Station - 11 ports including Thunderbolt 4, USB-A, USB-C, HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, and audio. Can drive dual 4K displays at 60Hz.

  4. OWC Thunderbolt Dock - 11 ports including Thunderbolt 4, USB-A, USB-C, SD card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, and audio. Supports dual 4K displays or one 8K display

I recommend checking out the CalDigit TS4 Thunderbolt 4 dock. It's fully compatible with the new M3 MacBook Pros and provides:

  • 98W charging to keep your MacBook powered
  • 3x Thunderbolt 4 ports (40Gb/s)
  • 3x USB-A ports (10Gb/s)
  • 1x USB-C port (10Gb/s)
  • DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0b, 2.5GbE Ethernet, SD card reader, audio jack

It's pricey at $399 but very full-featured. I've used CalDigit docks for years with my MacBooks and they've been rock solid.

Just saw this thread. Honestly, the TS4 is basically the gold standard but it is so pricey... kinda overkill for most people. Before you go buying anything tho, which M3 chip do you actually have? If its the base M3 (not the Pro or Max), you can only run two screens if the laptop lid is closed, so that might change what you need. In my experience, you dont always need to spend $400 to get something that wont flake out on you. Ive tried a bunch over the years and these two are super reliable:
