Overall the best choice is the DDR5 6000 CL30.

The sweet spot for Ryzen 9000 SERIES is DDR5 6400 CL32.

Team Group T-Force Delta RGB 32GB DDR5-6400 CL32 if you want to push higher speeds. Takes a bit of manual tuning in BIOS but this board has excellent memory overclocking capabilities. Running mine stable at 6200 with tightened secondaries. The RGB is a bit flashy but the performance per dollar is hard to beat in the high-speed category.
