I'm planning to build a new PC with the AMD Ryzen 9 9900X and I'm looking for recommendations on the best cooler for it. I want something that can handle the heat during gaming and heavy workloads without being too noisy. I've heard good things about air coolers, but I'm also open to liquid cooling options if they provide better performance. What coolers have you all had success with? Any specific models or brands you would recommend? TIA.
