How do you guys actually get twenty people to agree on a single week for a family reunion without losing your mind? Ive organized our annual family trips for like five years now, so Im pretty used to wrangling people, but this time it feels impossible. We are trying to plan something for next July somewhere near Lake Tahoe, mostly because my parents anniversary is then and my sister finally has some PTO saved up. Usually I just throw up a Doodle poll and call it a day but now half the family is saying they cant commit until school schedules drop in spring and the other half is already booking their own separate summer getaways. Plus my brother has a strict budget limit this year so we cant do anything too fancy with the cabin rentals. Im just wondering what tools or strategies you all use to pin down dates when everyone has conflicting calendars and zero sense of urgency...
