How can I send my current Walmart cart to another person?

So I am trying to help out my great aunt who lives down in Orlando while I am stuck up here in snowy Buffalo. She is getting older and has a hard time navigating the Walmart website because it is just so cluttered with ads and different categories, so I told her I would just go in and pick out everything she needs for her weekly groceries. I spent like forty-five minutes picking out the specific low-sodium stuff she likes and some specific yarn she wanted for a project, it is about $160 worth of stuff total. Now I am at the point where I need to actually get the cart to her so she can use her own card to pay for it and schedule the delivery for tomorrow morning since she will be home then. I really thought this would be a simple button click but I am struggling.

I did a bit of digging and saw some people mentioning the Walmart Registry trick where you just make a registry and share that, but that seems like a massive overkill just for a weekly grocery run and I am not even sure if all the fresh produce items will even stay on a registry correctly. I also saw a mention of a Share this cart feature in the app but when I look at my cart on the desktop version it is nowhere to be found, and some forum post from last year said that feature was only for certain regions or maybe it got discontinued? I tried looking for an extension or something that might do it, but all I found were these weird third party apps that look kind of scammy and I definitely dont want to put her financial info at risk. Its just frustrating because I have her list ready to go and I dont want to lose all the work I did picking out the right brands.

I really do not want to just give her my login info because I have my own cards saved there and honestly she would probably accidentally change my password or something, she is not great with tech. Is there a way to just generate a link that has all these items so she can just click it and add them all to her own basket at once? Or do I literally have to take screenshots of every single item and have her search for them one by one? That sounds like a nightmare for both of us...

Re: "I was really worried about security. My current..." - spot on. i once had an account locked doing this... using a simple cart sharer is great because:

  • no login sharing

I was really worried about security. My current setup using Easy Cart Share lets me send lists without risking passwords. Honestly its safer... you might want to consider it.
