im honestly so sick of using the notes app on my iphone to track gifts for my family. it sounded like a good idea at first but now its just a chaotic mess of half-baked ideas and I keep forgetting who I already bought stuff for. my budget is basically non-existent so free is preferred. im in the uk and trying to get this sorted by early december before shipping times go crazy. so I was thinking maybe there is an app that lets you link items or at least track spending? does anyone have a tool they actually swear by because my current method is literally driving me insane...

To add to the point above: i had issues with Giftster crashing last year. I just use Share Product Wishlist instead, which is way more stable and keeps me on budget.

Honestly, apps can be a total headache. I tried a few but unfortunately found most of them are packed with tracking cookies. I stick to a simple Excel sheet on my laptop instead. It is free, private, and honestly works better than any buggy app. TL;DR: just use a spreadsheet template, you wont regret having total control over your own data.

Honestly, just use Giftster. Its free and lets you track budgets easily. Just watch out for sites that track your spending data for ads, thats super sketchy tbh.
