The Odyssey OLED G8 (G81SF) is a 27-inch OLED gaming monitor with a 4K resolution, a 165ppi pixel density, and a 240Hz refresh rate. In fact, it is the world's first 4K OLED monitor with a 240Hz refresh rate. It has AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, Nvidia G-Sync Compatible, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certifications.

- Finally! It is about time this hit the shelves. Summarizing the thread, we went from rumors in March to it actually being in stock right now. I just checked and the Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 G81SF 4K 240Hz Gaming Monitor is definitely the one to beat right now. That 165ppi density on a 27-inch panel is absolutely fantastic... the text clarity must be light years ahead of the older 1440p OLEDs! From a DIY calibration standpoint, you should grab a colorimeter like the Datacolor SpyderX Pro to really dial in those blacks. These panels look amazing out of the box but a little tuning makes the HDR pop even more. Ngl, seeing 4K at 240Hz finally happen is just peak gaming tech... love it!
