AMD will soon announce the Ryzen 7 5800XT at Computex 2024. The US price will cost $249. So suggest me a good GPU to pair with it.
been thinking about your situation and honestly it just makes me think of the nightmare i went through last summer. over the years ive learned that just because the specs look good on paper, it doesn't mean the actual experience wont be a total mess. i had this one setup where i went for the highest performance possible and it was a disaster... spent half my time dealing with thermal throttling and the other half wondering why my system would just randomly reboot. it’s so frustrating when you’re just trying to get a stable frame rate and the hardware starts acting up for no clear reason. i’ve become so much more cautious with my choices because of it. really sucks when you just want to enjoy the new tech but end up fighting with it for weeks. stay careful out there, these ideal pairings can be way more finicky than people like to admit.
What is the price range for your GPU ? For me, I'd get the RTX 4060 Ti.
RTX 4070 SUPER
I will get RTX 3060. Currently very cheap, and enough for most works.
AMD's radeon RX 7700 XT.
RTX 4060.
RX 9070.
For 1080p high refresh rate gaming, something like an RX 6700 XT or RTX 3060 Ti would be excellent. If you're aiming for 1440p, consider an RX 6800 XT, RTX 3070, or even higher depending on your budget. A 650W power supply should be sufficient for most pairings.
