I'm in the market for a prebuilt gaming PC for my son, with a budget of up to $2000. As I'm not particularly knowledgeable about gaming computers, I'm looking for advice from those with more experience in this area.

If you have any personal experiences or insights to share about good prebuilt gaming PCs in this price range, I would greatly appreciate your input. Thank you in advance for any recommendations or guidance you can provide!

To add to the point above: honestly you dont even need to blow the whole $2000 to get something that works well. I went with a desktop from Lenovo and ive been really satisfied with it so far. No complaints on my end at all.

  • Go with Lenovo if you want something that just works out of the box.
  • Just get any gaming tower from a big brand like that and it will handle most games fine.
  • Spend the leftover money on a good monitor or a nice headset for him instead. Basically, you cant go wrong with the big name brands like that. They have good support if you arent a tech expert and the price is usually way better than those custom boutique shops. Been thinking about this and honestly for a beginner, simpler is better... less to worry about breaking.

Just choose brands like Alienware, Cyberpower, Skytech. They are all good brands.
