- I have been totally losing sleep over this exact same thing! It is so incredibly frustrating trying to decide if the all-in-one life is worth the risk because you are stuck with that screen forever. Last year I bought a cheap tower and the power supply blew out within a month and I literally cried because I thought I lost everything... it's just so scary when you want something reliable but every choice feels like a huge gamble! I love the Apple ecosystem so much tho and those new M4 colors are just fantastic! I spent all night comparing brands to see what actually lasts and found these options:
- Apple iMac 24-inch M4 16GB RAM 512GB SSD is probably the safest bet for longevity right now.
- HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-inch Intel Core i7 is a solid non-Apple alternative with a huge display.
- Microsoft Surface Studio 2 Plus is amazing if you want that touch screen for design work. Honestly it makes me so anxious that we have to spend thousands and just hope the hardware doesnt fail... it is just so exhausting trying to find the perfect deal!
