Want to build a setup for Professional. Which webcams would you recommend?
If you want the best image quality for a professional setup, honestly, just stop looking at webcams. Grab a decent mirrorless camera and an HDMI capture card instead. The sensor size difference is night and day compared to even the most expensive dedicated webcams. My advice is to look for a used Sony Alpha or a similar body with a clean HDMI output. You end up with professional-grade depth of field and color science that webcams just cant replicate. It costs more initially, but you save money in the long run because it actually lasts and serves double duty as a photography camera. Just make sure to get a dummy battery so you dont run out of juice mid-call.
