Ive been tracking deals for like a decade now so I usually know my way around a browser extension but Walmarts site update lately is totally messing with my current setup. Im trying to snag a specific patio set before my daughters graduation party next month and every time I get a notification the price is already back up or the extension just flat out crashes.

Ive tried the basic ones but they seem so laggy on Chrome lately and I really dont want to miss the next drop because my budget is super tight right now. Which Walmart rollback tracker extension is actually working for you guys without being total bloatware?

I once installed a niche tracker that started messing with my search results, total nightmare to fix. Since then I've been super picky about permissions. I usually stick with Capital One Shopping because it's stable and doesn't feel like bloatware. Keep an eye out for:

  • extensions that want access to every site
  • weird background battery drain I'd rather miss a deal than risk my data on a sketchy script.
