Can someone please tell me what the best AI video editing tools are for someone who has literally never edited a video before? Im so sorry if this is a dumb question but I am totally lost. I have to put together a 5 minute video for my sisters wedding which is in exactly three weeks and I am starting to panic because I dont know the first thing about software or editing.

I really need something that can basically do the heavy lifting for me since I have zero experience. I have about 100 dollars to spend on a tool if it actually works and saves me time. I have a bunch of raw clips from my phone that are just a mess right now. Ive heard people talk about AI fixing lighting or cutting clips automatically but I dont even know where to look or what sites are legit. Are there simple programs that just take your footage and make it look like a real movie? Please help me out before I have a total meltdown over these files...

Regarding what 1 said about taking a breath, totally agree. Since you are in a rush, check out Magix Movie Studio 2024 Platinum. It is super intuitive for beginners and has some killer AI tools for color correction and smart cutting. Honestly, just drag your clips in and let it do the heavy lifting. It works well and saved me hours on my own projects. You got this, dont stress about it too much.

Honestly, dont sweat the wedding video too much. You can totally pull this off without pulling your hair out. Since you have a strict deadline and want things to just work, I have been using CyberLink PowerDirector 365 1-Year Subscription and its been a life saver for quick projects. It has a super simple slideshow creator and auto-video generator that basically does the heavy lifting for you. You just feed your clips in, and the AI handles the cuts and syncs everything to music.

  • It is really stable, which matters when you are under pressure.
  • The interface is way less intimidating than the professional stuff.
  • You can use the motion tracking if you need to stabilize shaky footage from your phone. Another solid option is Movavi Video Editor 2024 Perpetual License because it is honestly so user-friendly that a complete beginner could figure it out in an hour. It is great for adding transitions and filters without needing a degree in film editing. Just make sure you back up those raw clips on an external drive like a SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD 1TB before you start messing around with them, just to be safe. You have enough time to pull this together, just keep it simple and dont overcomplicate your edits. Good luck with the wedding video, it is gonna be great.

Take a breath, you can definitely handle this. Since you are crunched for time, I would suggest using a tool that automates the timeline for you. Be careful with free trials that auto-renew, so stay vigilant with your budget.

  • Adobe Premiere Elements 2024 for simplified guided edits
  • Wondershare Filmora 13 for automated AI re-framing Make sure to back up all your footage before starting any edits.
