so im trying to figure out which ai tools actually work for a small marketing team of 4 people. i keep seeing jasper and copy.ai pop up in every search i do but then i read some threads saying jaspers becoming overkill and way too expensive for what it is. my logic was to find one platform that does everything because our budget is capped at like $450 a month and i dont want to deal with 10 different logins. but then i saw some guys saying you HAVE to use midjourney for images or the quality sucks. so now im stuck wondering if i should go for an all-in-one thing or stitch together a few specialized tools. what are teams actually using these days for content workflows?

Honestly, you can save so much money by avoiding those big name all-in-one traps! I am totally obsessed with finding the best deals and you can build a killer stack way under your $450 limit. Seriously, dont overpay for big names when other stuff does it better for less!!

Like someone mentioned, trying to find one tool to do it all is a massive trap! I went through this exact same struggle with my team last year. We started with the big all-in-one platforms, but honestly, the quality felt so watered down. Once we switched to a technical, specialized stack, everything changed!
- Adobe Firefly Image 3 Model is absolutely amazing for marketing because its legally safe for commercial use. I love how it handles text inside images... its fantastic for quick social banners!

I didnt really like the all-in-one tools because they usually do everything at like 60 percent quality. For a team of four, this combo works well and stays under budget...
- OpenAI ChatGPT Plus Plan for brainstorming
- Midjourney Basic Subscription for high-end images
- Anthropic Claude Pro Plan for long-form writing Stitching them together is a decent option tho because the output quality is just way better than generic platforms.
