I think I will get the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D on November 7th, so which motherboard do you recommend for this CPU?

If you have enough money, get X870E motherboards like X870E Hero. If not, just get any B650 motherboards.

Most people don't need X670/X870 motherboards, just get a B650 motherboard is OK.
