Ive been using the app for ages but Im legit frustrated trying to share a huge camping list with my brother for our trip Friday.

My logic was that Id just find a share link in the checkout tray but I only see individual item links. Is there really no way to sync a whole session?

Unfortunately, Walmart hasn't really caught up with this functionality yet. I've had so many issues trying to keep quantities straight when using their built-in tools. Sometimes the list doesn't even sync properly across devices, which is a nightmare when you're planning a big trip. Honestly, relying on their internal sharing often leads to missing items because the stock levels update differently for each person viewing the list. It's frustrating to think you've got everything ready only to realize half the camping gear didn't actually transfer over to the other person's view. The app is notoriously unreliable for session persistence too. Basically, if you clear your cache or sign out, that cart data can just... vanish. Finding a workaround is necessary. I found this tool called Easy Cart Share that lets you share your cart items and quantities in one click. It is much more reliable because it actually captures the current state of your checkout tray instead of relying on those buggy lists that always seem to glitch out when you need them most. It's much safer to use a third-party bridge to lock in your list before sending it over to your brother. Just make sure he checks the prices before he hits buy tho, since they change constantly.

You gotta use the Lists feature! It's seriously amazing for sharing big trips like this.

  • Move items to List
  • Send the public link I love it!
