Hi everyone, I'm looking to upgrade my gaming setup and I'm in the market for a new pair of headphones. I've heard great things about various models, but I'm not sure which one would be the best fit for me. I'm specifically interested in headphones that offer good sound quality, comfort, and maybe some additional features like noise cancellation or wireless connectivity.
I've come across a few options like the Anker Soundcore Space Q45 Wireless, which seems to be highly rated for its sound profile and battery life. On the other hand, the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro is also a strong contender with its crystal-clear audio and advanced noise isolation.
I'd love to hear your thoughts and recommendations. What are your favorite gaming headphones under $200? Do you prefer wired or wireless? Have any of you had experiences with these models or others that you'd suggest? Thanks in advance for your input!

I'd recommend the Sennheiser HD 560S if you're willing to go with open-back and add a separate mic. At around $180, these deliver outstanding imaging and soundstage that's perfect for pinpointing enemy locations in competitive games. The neutral sound profile also makes them excellent for music and movies. They're lightweight and have velour pads that stay cool during marathon sessions. Just be aware they leak sound, so not ideal if you game in shared spaces.

Hey! I’ve been using the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro for a few months now, and it’s been a game-changer. The audio is crisp, the noise isolation is solid, and it’s super comfy for long sessions. Wireless is a huge plus for me—no more cable tangles! Haven’t tried the Q45, but I’ve heard good things. If you’re into immersive sound and comfort, the BlackShark is a solid pick under $200. I've been using the HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless for about a year now and they're fantastic for the price (around $150). Great sound separation for footsteps in FPS games, comfortable for long sessions, and the detachable mic is clear. The build quality is solid too - my cat has knocked them off my desk multiple times and they're still perfect.

For budget gamers, the Logitech G Pro X wireless is an excellent choice. It’s lightweight, has 7.1 surround sound, and the microphone is crystal clear. It’s also very durable and comes with interchangeable ear cups, which is a nice touch. Plus, it’s compatible with both PC and consoles, making it a versatile option. It’s hard to find a better headset in this price range.
