I was just looking at these prices and honestly, trying to stay under $500 for a decent ultrawide is such a stressful trap. I feel like I'm always one step away from a bad purchase. It is so annoying how many budget options end up being total duds after a few months...

Watch out for VA panel smearing in dark scenes, it drives me crazy.

Be careful with the power draw on older setups.

Make sure to check if your desk can even handle the weight of those cheaper, bulky stands. I have had so many issues with flickering and compatibility over the years. It is just exhausting trying to find something that actually works without breaking the bank or your GPUs soul. Dealing with weird driver glitches because of the non-standard aspect ratio is the absolute worst, tbh.
