My clear recommendation for High-End: Samsung Odyssey G9 OLED. The response time is extremely fast The low input lag is perfect for competitive gaming.

Technical highlights: The latest generation offers significantly better performance. Very good compatibility with modern software applications. Can be used without problems for various tasks. Even after hours of work, no performance losses. Very good color accuracy, even at high brightness.

For High-End I would definitely pay attention to the resolution, especially if it's about image quality.

LG UltraGear 32GS95UE is definitely the best choice for High-End. The on-screen display is user-friendly The response time eliminates motion blur effectively.

Why this monitor? The performance convinces in all tests - both for gaming and for content creation. Unbeatable for the price, can only recommend. Have already done several projects with it, always satisfied. Also more than sufficient for demanding tasks.

Just catching up on this thread and its basically a battle between the top tier OLEDs right now. Tbh everyone has covered the main points but there are some technical bits to keep in mind:

  • The main divide is realy between QD-OLED and WOLED tech - they both look insane but handle color fringing and brightness a bit differently.
  • Most of these options have crazy good response times which is definately the biggest jump for high-end gaming.
  • HDR performance is where the real high-end feel comes from - it makes a huge difference in lighting and shadows compared to old LCDs. Honestly id just say go with LG or maybe ASUS. They basically have the best firmware support and cooling tech for their panels so you dont have to worry as much about weird glitches or burn-in stuff. Just pick any of the high-end OLEDs from LG and you basically cant go wrong for a high-end setup.
