What is the best memory for the AMD Ryzen 7 8700G? I'm looking for recommendations on RAM speed and capacity that will ensure optimal performance without compromising stability. I've seen suggestions for DDR5-6000, but the official specs only list support for up to DDR5-5200. Can anyone share their experiences or insights on the best RAM options for this CPU? Thanks!

I recently built a system with the Ryzen 7 8700G and paired it with G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 CL30. It’s been running flawlessly, and the performance boost for both gaming and productivity tasks is noticeable. AMD’s EXPO profiles make it super easy to enable the rated speeds, so I’d definitely recommend something similar if you’re building around this APU.

For anyone on a tighter budget, I'd recommend checking out this DDR5 8GB kit from Teamgroup. This RAM features a 5600 MT/s speed at CL46 timings, while you can get this RAM for an impressive under-$30 price tag or even less if you manage to find one on sale.
Obviously 16GB+ is better, but this is a solid starting point that won't break the bank. You can always add more later.
