I would suggest looking at the MSI RadiX AXE6600. A few months ago, I spent weeks debugging jitter issues on my old setup only to realize the SoC was thermal throttling because of poor airflow. It was a mess. Be careful with routers that use internal antennas because they usually lack the heatsink surface area of the bigger units. Make sure to check the actual processor clock speeds... anything under 1.8GHz quad-core might struggle with heavy QoS rules and multiple streams.
