What is the absolute best way to get a Christmas wishlist out to my family without it being super awkward or just getting lost in a group chat? Im so excited because my whole family is actually coming to my place in Chicago this year and we havent all been together like this since 2019 so I want everything to be perfect!

I did some digging online and saw people mentioning Elfster and Giftster but honestly I am so confused by how they work for regular gifting. Like Elfster seems like it is only for Secret Santa draws where you only get one person? We are doing the thing where everyone buys for everyone so I dont know if that even works for us. And I saw someone say just make a Google Doc but my sister is literal trash with technology and she will probably delete the whole thing by accident or something lol. I need something that works for:

• my mom who hates downloading new apps
• links from different websites not just Amazon
• showing when something is already bought so we dont get doubles

I have a bunch of stuff from random local boutiques I want to include too so it cant be tied to just one store. My budget for gifting others is about $500 but for my own list I have some pricier stuff and some cheap stuff. I really want this to be organized before December hits so everyone has time to shop. Does anyone have a trick for this that isnt just a messy Notes app screenshot?
