Hey everyone! So, I’ve recently transitioned into a role that has me working remotely about 80% of the time. Whether I’m at my dining table, a local cafe, or sometimes even on a train, I’ve realized that just having a laptop by itself isn't quite cutting it anymore for a full day of deep work. After about four hours of leaning over, my neck starts to ache from looking down at the screen, and my wrists are definitely feeling the strain from the flat, low-travel keyboard.

I’m trying to put together a "productivity kit" that I can easily toss into my backpack without making it weigh fifty pounds. I’ve been looking into things like portable laptop stands—specifically the ones that fold up into a slim stick—and maybe a compact wireless keyboard. However, I’m a bit worried about the noise levels of mechanical keys in public spaces like libraries or quiet offices. I also find myself constantly hunting for outlets because my battery doesn't always make it through a heavy day of Zoom calls and data processing, so a high-capacity power bank is definitely on my radar.

I've tried many setups over the years, and here's what I recommend for staying productive without breaking ur back (or the bank!): 1. Moft Invisible Slim Folding Laptop Stand - This thing is a game changer cuz it's literally always attached to ur laptop and weighs basically nothing.
2. Logitech MX Keys Mini Wireless Illuminated Keyboard - Super quiet, so u wont annoy people in cafes, but way more comfortable than a flat laptop deck. 3. Anker 735 Charger GaNPrime 65W - It's tiny but replaces like three bricks. Basically kills the cable mess instantly.
4. Logitech MX Anywhere 3S Wireless Mouse - Lowkey, a real mouse is essential for spreadsheets. Honestly, these four items will change your life... I mean, at least your ergonomics!! Good luck with the new role!! 👍

Coming back to this! I went through this last year trying to save cash. I learned that you really dont need to spend $200 for a solid ergo setup. I grabbed the iVoler Laptop Holder for like $15 and it’s honestly amazing!! I also use the Logitech K380 Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard—it's super quiet and only $30ish. Keeping it cheap made me way less stressed about tossing stuff in my bag. Basically life changing tbh! 👍

But if youre worried about that "nest of snakes" cable situation, I highkey suggest looking into a high-wattage GaN charger and some better cable management tools.
